Why we built JobExpress

Every job board solves the same problem: listing the jobs. But a job search is far more than browsing listings. You need to work out what you are worth, which direction is realistic, why your applications get no reply and which gap to fill first.

There has never been a proper tool for any of this, only late-night searching, scattered advice and guesswork. People who can afford a careers coach have a real advantage; everyone else works it out alone.
