Getting started
Account and login
You can start typing on the home page, but you'll need to log in when you send your first message. Your profile, CV and application log have to sit under your account, or they'd be gone on refresh.
Check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, write to us with the email address you signed up with and we'll sort it manually.
Yes. Click "Continue with Google" on the login page. An account is created automatically the first time. After that, email and password or Google both get you into the same account.
Click "Forgotten password" on the login page, enter the email you signed up with, and follow the link in the email to set a new one.
The language switch is next to the logo, top left. In the chat there's nothing to switch: it replies in whatever language you use.
Finding jobs
Yes. Every listing is a live vacancy with a link to the original, so you can click through and check. If it can't find anything suitable in a particular direction, it says so rather than inventing a few for you.
The UK only for now, covering cities across the country. Other countries are in the works and will appear in the language switch when they launch.
Give it your direction, city, years of experience and visa situation in one go. It saves them to your profile and uses them next time, so you don't have to repeat yourself.
Yes. It judges by the actual requirements in the job description and flags any where the bar doesn't match the title, so you don't waste an application.
CV and cover letters
It scores the four dimensions ATS screening usually checks: content quality, formatting, keyword match and wording. Each comes with reasons and up to three concrete suggested fixes.
It rewrites it for the role you're applying to: duties become results, with numbers and keywords added. You see the before and after, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
From the job description and your CV, one letter per role, no templates. Once written, you can change any line before you apply.
Applications and progress
If a listing includes the employer's email, it sends your CV and cover letter on your behalf and the application shows as sent. If not, it gives you the link and the steps, and once you've applied, say so and it's logged in your progress.
No. You confirm the list before anything is sent. Only the roles you tick go out.
Every application is logged the moment it's sent. Track progress shows who you applied to and when. You can also just ask it "how many applications went out this week, any replies?"
Plans and payment
No. Every plan is a one-off purchase with no monthly fee.
The free tier covers all three Self-check steps: see where you stand, assess your skills and find jobs. Optimise and Apply start from Pro.
You can top up any time. Plans are priced by the number of applications, bought once, with no subscription. See plans and pricing.
Language, privacy and data
Yes. It replies in whatever language you use. When searching for jobs, though, it translates the direction and city into English first, because the UK job database is in English.
No. Your data is used only to generate results for you.
For a single record, just ask it in the chat. To delete your whole account and all its data, write to us and we'll do it manually and confirm by reply.
Parent version
Yes. The Parent version is a separate account: you register with a phone number or email and build the profile, find jobs, fix the CV and apply for your child yourself; your child only steps in for interviews and offers. See the Parent version page.
