Frequently asked questions
How is the CV score worked out?
It scores the four dimensions automated screening usually checks: keyword match, formatting, wording and content quality. Each comes with reasons and up to three concrete suggested fixes.
Does a high score guarantee I get through?
The score covers the automated screening stage. Getting through it means a person sees your CV. After that, the content has to do the work.
Can I score it more than once?
Yes. Rescore after every change and watch the score move.
