What it is
Put JobExpress in front of the people who do not know it yet: Chinese students studying in the UK, and the parents at home worrying about them.
What you do
Write and publish. WeChat, Xiaohongshu, campus groups, study-abroad agencies: try one channel at a time, measure which one actually brings sign-ups and payments, then go deep on it. You see the numbers directly.
Who we hope you are
You are, or recently were, one of these people; you write clean Chinese fast; you are patient with posts nobody reads and decisive about which channel works.

What it is
Make the model inside the product get things right: whether a job is worth applying to, how a cover letter should read, where a CV falls short. Today these judgements live in prompts; they need to become something with data, evaluation and iteration behind it.
What you do
Curate real conversations and application data, label it, build evaluation sets, fine-tune or distil, and measure what each change does in production. The stack is Python; the models sit behind APIs.
Who we hope you are
You have trained models, not only called them; you know how an evaluation set lies; you care what the result looks like for a user, not only that a metric moved.
